We didn't want to say goodbye and would like to come again. the venue was located near to Venice, restaurants, and Piazza San Marco. - Our breakfast was good. - the location was amazing and great on the Grand Canal. - Spent a nice evening at Ristorante la Calcina, located a super close walk to the venue.

This hotel was easy base for exploring Venice, appreciated it. This venue was located in a central area right by the Rialto Bridge as well as Piazza San Marco. It was not very far from Ai Gondolieri, where you can have lunch.

The room was impeccably clean and offered an air conditioning and a big window. The bathroom had bathtubs, which was great.

I keep coming back to my favorite place in Venice because they took great care of my elderly parents. B&B Al Teatro With Canal View has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

The location of this B&B was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the historic attractions and the water bus stop was conveniently close. The view of the canal with gondolas passing by was a true highlight. The room was cozy, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast served was fresh and healthy, a great way to start the day. The host, Eleonora, was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering fantastic advice on trips and places to visit. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The location of the B&B was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and yet tucked away in a quiet alley. the room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning to keep us cool in the hot weather. the breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a good start to the day.

The entrance to the building on the ground floor, which looked a bit old and worn. there were two flights of stairs to carry our bags up, which was a bit challenging.
